Restyling
Stone Italy S.r.l.Giugiaro Architettura was tasked with the restyling of the access avenues of the Area 12 shopping center in Turin. The project involved the decoration of the facades, new street furniture elements and the lighting of the area. The facades are inspired by the rectangular pixel pattern of the stadium, which thickens from top to bottom, using the institutional colors of Juventus F.C. and neutral tones to harmonize with shop signs.
The rectangular light elements, custom-designed with a geometry that recalls graphic pixels, are arranged randomly and give a three-dimensional effect to the facades, enhancing the overall appearance, especially in the evening. Benches, baskets and planters are customized in yellow to liven up the avenues, with rectangular shapes that recall the pattern, and giant vases that give a pop effect to the environment.
