Italgas Largo Regio Parco 9

Redevelopment of the headquarter building

Turin, Italy

The intervention involved the renovation of the facade and the creation of a new scenic lighting system.
The original systems on the flat roof have been completely reorganized to gain space for terraces equipped with green areas and space for employees.

The interior design project consists of an open space with several work-zones separated by moving elements with integrated green areas, bookable work stations and co-working zones.
The foyer, which provides access to the conference hall and to the training rooms, is covered by a glass roof.
The conference room, hosting 160 seats, is separable in two smaller rooms through a mobile partition which perfectly complements the boiserie walls.

The foyer area has a buvette, closets and informal spaces for meetings and events.
On the ground floor is the Integrated Supervision Centre of the gas network, which offers a separate area ensuring privacy and full functionality 24 hours a day.

The outdoor areas surrounding the building have been completely revised through a reshaping of the pedestrian crossing and footpaths, adding a cycle path and new green areas with integrated urban furniture.
Both the construction site and the project are fully committed to environmental sustainability.
The intervention has obtained the LEED PLATINUM Certification, the highest level achievable.
